Existing documents often tell part of the story. Conversations with the people doing the work show how it happens in practice. Where nothing is written down, we start there. We look for repeated effort, unclear decisions and information that gets lost between steps.
We make the questions, conflicting instructions and proposed improvements easy to see and resolve. Together, we agree the work, outputs, responsibilities and price. You can see what needs a decision and what the plan will address.
We prepare the guide or tool for your team to review and test against actual work, including less common cases. An agreed feedback round helps us address issues and check the result against what success means for the project.
Once the agreed checks and corrections are complete, you receive the editable materials and the agreed handover. That might be an owner walkthrough, training resources or another approach that suits your team. Future changes and support can be arranged whenever useful.
We agree useful milestones and keep you informed about what’s complete, what needs a decision and what comes next. Remote working and time zones are built into the plan, so progress doesn’t depend on everyone being in the same meeting.
